This campaign was completed with high temperatures, extreme drought and episodes of spring frosts in the area, which meant a significant reduction in the harvest. Even so, we harvested 4,700 kg of “Godello” grapes that arrived with an ideal ripeness and a perfect state of health for its production.

Grape Variety:
Godello.
Terroir: One vineyard, Pago “El Rodadero”, of 1.5 Ha located at 842m altitude in the town of Cubillas de Santa Marta (Valladolid).
Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturing on its fine lees for 3 months.
Appearance:
Lemon color with a medium intensity, clean and bright. On the nose. We will find aromas of lemon, stone fruit like peach and sorne tropical notes of pineapple and a mineral touch.
On the nose:
Encontramos una atractiva mezcla de aromas frutales como fresa, cereza roja y negra y ciruela negra junto con crema y roble, como sutiles aromas de vainilla, coco, café tostado y algunas especias.
On the palate:
lt’s a youthful wine with a medium body and balanced acidity, where stone fruit dominates the flavour aromas with a slight touch of bitter almonds on the finish. The wine is light, and fresh.

Alcohol content: 11,5 % vol.
Volátil Acidity: 0,41 gr/l.
Total Acidity: 5,17 gr/1.
Residual Sugar: <0,35 gr/1.
Free Sulphur: 16 mg/l.
