In the coming months, Bodegas El Hacedor will launch three new wines.

• April 2023 – Montevannos Crianza 2020

• May 2023 – M de Montevannos Roble Ecológico 2022

•December 2023 – OPIMIVS 2021, our signature wine

•May 2024 – Val de Vannos, our white Godello wine fermented on its own lees

Montevannos Crianza 2020

Made from 95% Tempranillo grapes from the Quemada and Quintana del Pidio regions, with vineyards mostly over 40 years old, and 5% Merlot from a small terroir in Anguix.

Aged for 12 months in 50% French oak and 50% American oak barrels, both new and used.

M de Montevannos Roble Ecológico 2022

A 100% organic Tempranillo wine sourced from the vineyards of “La Cueva,” “Camino Campillo Viejo,” and “Camino Campillo Nuevo” in Adrada de Haza and Hontangas.

•Vineyard age: 10 to 20 years

• Night harvest to enhance fruit intensity and freshness

•Moderate alcohol content: 13% Vol, preserving its youthful and fruity character

• Aged 6 months in 50% new French oak and 50% used American oak, balancing smoothness and freshness

Val de Vannos

A white Godello wine fermented on lees for enhanced depth and complexity.

Opimivs 2021

A signature wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the “Julián” vineyard (1940) in Quintana del Pidio.

•Hand-harvested in 15kg selected boxes

•Low yield: 3,000 kg per hectare, maximizing concentration of flavors and aromas

• Aged 15 months in new French oak barrels from renowned cooperages Cadus, Nadalie, and Vicard

•Released after bottle aging for optimal refinement

This exceptional wine will be ready for commercialization after aging in the bottle.
